Here are some photos taken on the Daraja Academy campus and around. I also threw a random animal photo in there.
Daraja volunteer Cora and the garden shed she is building for Daraja's garden. What an amazing 18 year old she is! |
View of the Daraja kitchen and dining hall. |
Thompson's gazelles |
The rondavel that Bennet and I reside in while at Daraja |
Our water heater. We get scalding hot showers when the sun shines! |

Happy Thanksgiving, we are grateful for your blog! S and F Brito
ReplyDeleteThere is something inherently cool about pictures of cows. Maybe it's just something to do with all of the Gary Larson comics, hard to say. Thanks for the pics and Happy Thanksgiving again.
ReplyDeleteMark, I agree, No matter how mundane the cow image seemingly should be, I always love to snap photos of them. Their presence, and photos of that presence, never fail to provide me some enjoyment. Its the little things.
